Our Scouts will sleep in a camp tent, eat in the dining hall, and experience a great campfire program from morning until night. Sessions run from Friday at 9:00am to Sunday at 9:00am, and feature 2 nights of overnight camping. Meals are provided starting with Friday lunch through Sunday continental breakfast. All sessions feature camp favorites such as BB's, Archery and Aquatics and our session features a STEM focus in addition to other camp favorites.  Camp is open to current and future scouts who WILL BE IN 1st, 2nd or 3rd Grade in the FALL. (Older Scouts go to Camp Ross).  For more information on Camp Snyder and their Summer camp programs, visit https://www.gotosnyder.org/summer-camp/

To register, please fill out this online form at the end of the message below!

The “Early Bird” registration fee is $265 per Scout and $105 per Adult. Registration for all of those attending (adults and scouts) is due by February 28, and full payment is due by March 30. Cub scout aged siblings can register as cub scouts and would register / pay at that rate. Camp Snyder does not not allow younger or older siblings during camp. The only way an older sibling can attend is if they are a registered Scout and assigned to the role of den chief with our pack.

Pack 33 is 100% committed to sending all of its scouts to Camp Snyder who wish to attend. We understand that it is a significant financial commitment and may be a stretch for some families. Therefore, if you need financial assistance please fill out Synder's financial aid application https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf1MxxK0GQHk4Cgqom68jFUKjEaUeHP9Y-JT4kKxW42Z7615g/viewform// After that, the Pack offers financial aid to cover the cost of Summer camp for any remainder that is needed. If you would like to request financial assistance & have questions follow up with the Cubmaster by emailing cubmaster@takomaparkscouts.org.
